At Pipe-Up Inc., our mission is simple: to equip pipeline inspectors and foremen with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to excel in the field and pass the API 1169 exam on the first try. Who We Are
Pipe-Up Inc. was founded by Rick Judson, a seasoned Pipeline Construction Manager and Inspector with decades of hands-on experience across Canada’s oil and gas projects. Having worked on major projects with companies like FortisBC, Pembina, and Husky Midstream, Rick has seen first-hand the challenges inspectors face on the right-of-way.
That experience inspired him to create Pipe-Up Inc. — a platform designed by inspectors, for inspectors. Every course, journal, and checklist we offer is rooted in real field knowledge, not just theory.
